Dryland Training Program It is again an honor and a privilege that Centenary College will allow the SeaDragons the use of the weight room for Dry-land training. They are sacrificing some of their peek weight room time to allow us to train at a time which is most convenient for our team. All participants will arrive 15 minutes before workout dressed appropriately to begin stretching.
The workouts will be intense so focus and attitude will be very important. All participants will work with a partner assigned by the coach. It is important to notify the coach immediately when there is an injury or problem. We look forward assisting each participant in becoming a stronger athlete and your effort will be visible as your swimming improves and your times improve. Any Athlete that does not appreciate this privilege will be removed from the dry-land program. |
