*Weight Program is by invitation only. This program consists of a 28-Station circuit training program with an equal balance of arms, legs, and abdominal exercises that are swimming specific. Each athlete will work individually. This program is only for the SeaDragon Swimmer willing to commit to the intense demands of the program.

Group sessions to be assigned by Coaches.
Sessions are not interchangeable.
